Email! When placing an order "online", please include:
*Desired Delivery Date:
(please allow a minimum of 3 days after order is placed)
*Flavor & Quantity of Cookies
*Delivery Address
*Note Card Information (if the
order is a gift)
*Contact Phone Number (in case
we have questions)
*Any additional
comments/questions
Order Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please e-mail or call to make sure your order was received.
We request orders are placed a minimum of 3 days prior to desired delivery date. Large orders may require additional time.
Shipping: Our treats are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail. Delivery is 2-3 Business Days Nationwide. We prefer
to NOT ship orders on Thursdays or Fridays (unless within
Massachusetts). We don't want your treats having a sleepover in a
Post Office for the weekend!
Urgent Orders: If you have an order you
would like guaranteed delivery next day, we can certainly arrange that
for you. We are able to use an overnight method for an additional fee.
