"I recently ordered a gift package from 3 Ducklings and was amazed at the excellent service that I received from Pam Szal, the proprietor of the Company.  I was introduced to 3 Ducklings several months ago when a beautifully packaged promotional gift basket was delivered to my office, which included brownies, chocolate covered pretzels and popcorn.   Upon sampling the "goodies", I was impressed, as were my co-workers, with the delicious taste and freshness of the items.   Several months later, I had an occasion to send a get well gift basket to a friend and immediately thought of 3 Ducklings.  On my initial call to the Company, I was impressed with the friendly response that I received from Pam -- she treated me as if I were her only customer.   After placing my order, Pam corresponded with me several times via email to confirm the specifics of the order (and to tell me that she was just baking the cookies, which assured me that they would be fresh) and to notify me when the package was shipped.   My friends were certainly delighted with the box of "treats", and I was especially pleased to send a well-received gift in such an effortless manner.  3 Ducklings is now my choice for all my "sweet" gift needs."

I recently placed orders through 3 Ducklings, having been introduced to their website by a friend at EMC. I called Pam Szal, and found her to be extremely professional and upbeat. I placed an order for whoopee pies for my sister in Las Vegas, and a combination of whoopie pies and oatmeal raisin cookies for a friend at the Cape. Shortly thereafter, Pam dropped off a “virtual cookie jar” for me to sample the items that were being sent. I can only say that the whoopie pies were awesome, and the oatmeal raisin cookies were the best I’ve ever tasted!!!  My sister called me right away to tell me how much she and her husband LOVED the whoopie pies, and to rave about the care that she felt went into the packaging, and the quality of the presentation. She said it really “made her day”, which is what I was hoping for. This is a great find any time, and especially when you’re thinking about somebody special and want to send something with a more personal touch!

If you have never tasted a 3 ducklings cookie, you are really missing out! We had several platters for our Annual Meeting – a variety of chewy chocolate chip, chunky peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, just to name a few of her delicious assortment – and everyone was asking, ”who made the cookies”? Pam’s cookies are so delicious and you just can’t have one! And Pam was so kind to even deliver the cookies herself, served with a smile. And even one of her “3 ducklings” was there to deliver them to us as well! You have to try these infamous cookies – you won’t be sorry! For home or for work, they will be the talk of the evening!
